FAQs
Common Questions
Is the cost estimator a final quote?
No, our cost estimator provides an indicative budget based on standard current market rates and material choices. A final, binding Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is created only after a site visit, soil testing, and finalized architectural drawings.
What regions do you serve?
We currently execute construction projects in and around Bangalore.
How do payment milestones work?
Payments are strictly tied to construction milestones (e.g., plinth completion, roof casting). You pay as the work progresses on-site, ensuring transparency and accountability. We do not use third-party escrow systems; we rely on clear, agreed-upon schedules.
Can I track my project's progress?
Yes. Every client gets access to the Tanti Infra Client Portal. You can view daily or weekly site updates, track milestone status, and access all project documents (drawings, BOQ, invoices) in one place.
How long does it take to build a house?
Timelines depend entirely on the site condition, plot size, design complexity, and statutory approvals. A standard 30x40 G+1 home might take 6 to 9 months, but we will provide a precise schedule after the consultation phase.
Do you handle government approvals (Plan Sanction)?
Yes, we assist with necessary government approvals like BBMP/BDA plan sanctions, temporary BESCOM connections, and BWSSB setups, provided all your property documents are clear and updated.
Can we modify the design during construction?
Minor internal changes are possible, but significant structural changes after the final BOQ and drawings are approved will affect both timelines and costs. We emphasize thorough planning before breaking ground.
Are the materials used branded?
Absolutely. The finalized BOQ will explicitly list the brands for cement, steel, plumbing, electricals, and finishing materials. We stick strictly to these specifications to ensure quality execution.
